INVISIBLE FENCE OF CANTON

The Trainer that came out to "Train my wife, me and my dog had me entice my dog to cross the wire and was subsequently shocked by the collar. My dog would not walk on the grass for Two months after that and was Leary of my efforts to try and train her. I then employed a professional dog trainer and she advised me to have the shock turned off. I brought the collar to the canton office and had to argue/insist on having the shock turned off. My dog would still not walk on the grass. I then ordered an alternative system from Pet safe and when I went to install it on the wire loop installed by invisible fence I discovered what a poor wiring job the company had done. After installing the new equipment I called the company to cancel the battery replacement program. The woman said she would have to talk to the Boss. she never called me back with an answer and today I received the first battery which I don't need. I feel that once the company has your money they rush the training to get it over with and then they move on., I feel that my pet was a "victim".
