The work that he did was good, but I would never deal with Kevin again and would not recommend him. First, he asked to be paid before the work was complete (and paid immediately upon demand) promising that he would come back soon after his vacation to finish the grouting of the kitchen backsplash tiles. This was completely unexpected, but I'm new to the area and thought I might want to use him again, so I complied, driving 15 miles to deliver the check so that he could deposit it before going on vacation. It has been six weeks, and I have called him three times, but he still hasn't come back to complete the job.
Description of Work: installing kitchen appliances and exhaust, demolishing small wall, rewiring and patching, tile work in laundry room, bathroom and kitchen.
