 + 0 moreI love this place!! You talk to the owner! He is pleasant and helpful! My glass had to be special ordered from dealer. He called when it came in and made the appt. He told me the cost and how long it would take! I had to wait due to the distance from my house but they had coffee and it was fine.

 + -1 moreMy brother took the car in to have the window replaced, they were very friendly and fast. Very happy with the whole experience! Approx a year later the window was rattling and took it back per their request and they not only fixed it but looked at all the other door windows and lubed all the mechanisms for free!! Very, very happy! The car is 16 years old and they gave advise on what to do and what to look for.

 + -1 moreAfter some initial confusion with my insurance company (or rather, the 3rd party administrator) as to whether or not my windshield could be repaired rather than replaced, I called Haidet's to ask their opinion. I liked the direct answer and professionalism and when I started to describe how I would call my insurance company back, he told me to just come in and he would help me file the claim and have the work done the very next day. Dropped the car off, filed the claim, came back and picked it up; no muss, no fuss. Looks great.
