Initially, the installation went well, but due to product error for the steps and some of the trim, the job could not be completed same day. Business owner scheduled the completion for three weeks after we had correct materials. He didn't call and didn't show up. He has failed to respond to several telephone calls and emails from us to reschedule. We paid him nearly everything we owed him.

They were prompt and they showed up when they said that they would. If they were going to be delayed they would always call ahead of time to let me know. Matt is probably in his twenties and he already understood the importance of punctuality. They were good about putting in a full days worth of work. There were a couple of things where they could have been a little bit more careful. There were a couple of places where I pointed things out and they corrected them. I was very satisfied with their services. I plan to use them again in the future.
