Tom provided excellent service and craftsmanship from start to finish. Very detail oriented. Took extra time and effort on finishing touches to ensure proper installation of flooring. Would highly recommend.

Tom Fedor was very prompt with getting back to us. We had him put vinyl planking flooring in and it looks absolutely wonderful. He was so professional, and his personality was awesome. I am so glad we chose him. I would recommend him to anyone that asks if I know someone that needs their floors done, You will NOT go wrong if you choose to use his services.

Very well, arrived on time, finished floors to match other rooms previously refinished. No dust or mess. Work finished on time. Very satisfied with his work. He uses oil based finish which has a strong odor but it was worth it to get the quality floors I wanted.

It went great. Tom was very pleasant - arrived when he said he would on all three days. The finished product is beautiful. I needed some advice on what to do with the fllor since there were some pet urine stains on the floor. He gave me options and explained how the different things would look. He even put some stain on over the stains so I could see how it would look - then sanded that off as he continued preparing the room. He cleaned up everything very thoroughly. He worked around the sliding closet doors without taking them off. Price was about $4 a square foot which seemed a little high, but the job done was fantastic. That may be a fair price, I didn't get other bids.

The service guy arrived on time and was very patient with all my concerns. He was very knowledgeable about the options available regarding the finish (matte vs. satin vs. gloss).

Tom refinished almost the entire 1st floor of a very large home for us. There was an enormous amount of wear and tear in addition to some extreme water damage with wood buckling that were not at all limited to small areas. This guy goes out of his way in overall helpfulness, attitude, and professionalism. His prices were super reasonable and could not be beat in several other estimates for the same project. Outstanding results, fantastic prices, and we could not have been happier with the floors when he was finished. Tom does excellent work and truly cares about quality and his customers' satisfaction. We had been told by other contractors that these floors could not be saved due to the condition they were in, and that expensive replacement was the only option that we would be happy with!
