Dave (the company owner) was determined to fix it for us, and came out four times to try different parts (without charging overtime). He is polite, considerate, good with kids :-) and did an awesome job. He actually had to fabricate some brackets at his shop because he couldn't locate any replacements that would fit. If we ever have any work done he will be our go-to guy. He knows his HVAC blindfolded.

He was friendly and courteous, explained everything thoroughly, did an excellent job, on time, and for the price he quoted. I am very satisfied. Takes pride in his work and does a very thorough and neat job. He may cost a little more than others, but is trustworthy and does quality work using the best equipment. Keep up the great work.
