Clarence was able to determine that the dishwasher was fine. Needed some white vinegar and new dishwasher gel packs. Somehow got some defective gel packs even though have always used same brand. Would definitely call him again.

Clarence called before his appointed time to let us know he was on his way. He arrived right on time. He is really a nice guy, professional and knows his stuff. He assessed the vintage stove and what we needed done. After not one but 2 trips to big box and using a part from the other appliance that had been removed he had the 1927 stove hooked up and working. He even created a more easily accessible shut off valve right at the stove instead of having to reach underneath the unit to turn the gas off at the site. Yes, the amount charged changed a couple times during the visit but all-in-all he was very reasonable. In order to do part of the work he needed to shut the gas off to the entire house but was quick to relight the hot water tank and furnace. He was there and finished within the 2-4 pm timeframe that was available for the initial appointment. Should we need any other service that is within his perview we will definitely call him again!

He did a great job repairing my dryer. Then I showed him a small leak on my refridgerator hose and he repaired that why he was here. The part costs $2.00 and he charged me $40.00 more to look at another appliance. I did not feel this was fair as the part he replaced was in plain view and took him 5 seconds to repair. I do feel he did a good job , however he is very pricey and there is no break. I would not hire him again for this reason

Fixed same day. No second visit with part as he went right out and got part and completed repair within 1.5 hours from arrival to completion. Respectful, efficient and knowledgeable.

Pleasant dealing with Clarence. He schedule a visit within 2 days of my call. He gave me a 2 hour window for the repair. He showed up as promised and the cost to replace an igniter on a Whirlpool Stove/oven was $175.00. If I have any future problems, I will call him.
