Upon receiving an outside recommendation to use Canton Auto Repair, I called and spoke with their representative Brad, who was informative, polite and very pleasant to speak to. After a discussion about the problem the car was experiencing I made a same-day appointment for a repair estimate. Upon arriving at the shop location, I was immediately impressed with Brad's overall business conduct. We reviewed the damaged electrical headlamp pigtail problem and Brad gave me a few appointment options - one of which was that he could replace the pigtail that day. We agreed on the work needed to be done (and unexpectedly for me) for the job to be done that same day. The job was finished in a relatively short time. Brad could not have been more pleasant to work with. Additionally, because I did not expect to have the job done on that day I had forgot to present their discount coupon, The next day I called and spoke with Shelly (sp) their receptionist and asked if the coupon could still be honored. She, like Brad, was very kind and personable. In a very pleasant way she applied the discount to my credit card. Canton Auto Repair is definitely one of the finest companies I have conducted business with.
