Mike Campanelli has been providing an annual inspection and maintenance of our high efficiency furnace since we moved into our condo in 2000.  He is always on time, reasonable, and thorough.  He also welcomes my questions and company as he explains what he is doing.  Over the years, we have made several improvements which have improved the efficiency of our HVAC system and lowered costs, including pulling air directly from the outside rather than from the basement, which relies on air coming in through leaks and cracks in the house.
