He came out and did an estimate and it was fair. He didn't throw any punches. He realized that the person before me did not roof it up to par. He made it more water tight. Made all changes within the estimate. The time that he estimated was right on time with the exception of a emergency. He agreed to split any additional cost on a barn roof that I need done.
