Prior to our decision their sales consultant worked with us and provided samples to take home for consideration.

After the decision to move ahead the installation coordinator was very prompt in scheduling the dates for service.

The installation team (3-people) arrived promptly on-schedule and worked for 2-days seldom taking a break. They were professional and courteous. Moved and consolidated a significant amount of furniture into a single bedroom while they completed the other rooms and hallway. Positioned furniture back in the bedrooms and completed the final room.

Did a great job of clean-up after the job was complete.

A follow-up visit was conducted several days after installation to check the quality of workmanship and check our customer satisfaction. It was a good experience.

They are great. The quality of their service is excellent. The quality of their products is excellent. They are just very customer oriented. They are not high pressure. The owners are very helpful with designing and suggesting. We have had very good luck with them. We have had several other occasions where we have used them and we have been extremely happy with the results every time. They always answers questions and taken care of above and beyond the normal. We would continue to use him.

It was a positive experience from the first time we walked in the door to the last time when we paid for the service. We have only good words for Bob and Pete's overall.
