We called him at 3:00pm Sat.  He said he could come out at 4:30pm.  He came to our home on time/early at 4:20pm.  At my request, he checked my water softener system, which was fine, he said.  He adjusted my drain plunger in my bathroom sink, which took him just moments.  He moved out the dishwasher so we could lengthen the cord to the dishwasher ourselves later.  For all this there was no charge.  To unclog the kitchen drain he charged $85.00.  (There is no extra charge for Saturday work unless it is after 5pm, or on Sunday. )  Excellent work.  He cleaned up after himself and left no trace of mess whatsoever.  He was very professional,  helpful and polite.  Thank you, John!
