ATOMIC SEWER CLEANING CO

The drain clogged over the weekend, and I called Atomic first thing Monday morning. The answering service took my basic information and told me "Lee" would contact me after he checked in for service calls. Lee called approximately 1/2 to 1 hour later. I explained the problem and informed him that my tenant had tried to use liquid drain cleaner also. At that point he explained that he was not allowed to work on it unless it had been neutralized for 24 hours because burns caused by that were not covered under workers comp. He suggested using baking soda to neutralize it, which I did, in accordance with his instructions. I also tried to snake it without luck. I called again Monday afternoon and told the answering service I would still need his service tomorrow. I missed a call from Lee that night, but he said he would call again in the morning for more information, which he did. He told me he would be at the house between 11 and 2, and would call with a 15 minute ETE, which he did. He evaluated the situation and got right to work snaking the drain. He was done in about 1 1/2 hours. He had plenty of tips and suggestions. He doesn't do true "plumbing" work; just all types of clogs. He did a nice job.

I received a call within an hour of my initial call and he was there within 20 minutes. Fast and efficient!

Lee came in, looked at the situation and made a determination on what neede3d to be done. Service was quick with no flim-flam to jack up the price. He also found another issue that needs to be addressed by a plumber and recommended a plumber that is also rated high on Angie's list.

My kitchen sink was clogged. The dishwasher drains into the same line, so when I ran it, the water drained out onto the floor instead of down the drain. I found a plumber on Angie's list first. He referred me to Atomic in case the problem was just a clog that could be freed with a snake. I called the office this morning. They said someone would be available in the afternoon and would call me 20 minutes before they arrived so I could get home to meet them. Five minutes after 5 hanging up from that call, I got a call from the technician with my 20 minute warning. My house was on his way between two of his other jobs. THAT'S SERVICE.
Lee has made it into several other reviews on this page, and he makes it into mine as well. Lee snaked the kitchen line. He was very friendly and respectful of my home. He walked me through what he was doing and the job was done in 10 minutes. I don't imagine this could have gone getter and I was back to work within the hour. I will call them again.

It took a while because it seemed the problem was in the floor drain. No water backed up when I flushed the toilet so he worked on the floor drain which had backed up. Once we ran enough water to see that it might be the main he cleared the problem quickly. He worked through dinner which I appreciated.

Lee was the repair person. He was very nice. He got right to work. I had asked for an hour notice but he arrived at 2:00 and had just received the message from the office. I was concerned that he might leave, but he waited and hour for me to get home. I was his last job of the day and he waited for me to arrive. He noticed a leak in the pipes when working on the drains. Atomic does not do any plumbing repairs buthe advised me to get a plumber and gave his porfessional opinion on what he thought might be wrong.

They were wonderful. It's a family run business and I always feel more comfortable with them. He reviewed in detail what's going on with my sewer line and he was just really nice.

We are a business located in Minerva, Ohio.
We had an issue with our Main Office bathrooms not wanting to flush. When our cleaning lady tried to plunge the toilets, we noticed everything coming up from the floor drains. Not only the bathrooms were backed up, but the utility closet adjacent to it as well.Our regular plumbing contractor referred Atomic. After calling them, Lee showed up and took care of things. Turned out that the line going to the main line in the street was clogged.
