My name is Melissa Hershberger & I had my first treatment on 12/9 23, 2 weeks ago today. Brandon & I had an agreement that every other week he would come out & spray for my bed bugs. I pd. him the $125.00 after the 1st. treatment. Now we agreed that he was coming back for my 2cd. treatment today 12/23/23 Sat. I waited around till almost 3:00pm. I called him several times & never got a return phone call. At this point I'm not a happy camper at all. Id like you to find out what happened today. I need to get these bugs under control & gone already. Concerned client Melissa Hershberger.

I was done efficiently and professionally! Brenden was very courteous and explained every step of the procedure and that he would come back the next day to remove the hive. He answered all my questions and was on time both days!
