We called for them to come back out but they said they would charge us again for a service call. We refused to pay them for another service call and chose to call another company. The second company that came out was able to do the repair and it cost us another $106.50. He diagnosed that the inducer orifice was not working properly. We are very dissatisfied that we had to pay them to come out and they did not even fix the problem and that they were going to charge us for them to come out again. They did show up on time, but that is not important when they didn't do the work.

"The total bill was $114.95. Out of the total, $84.95 is the normal service charge. We responded to the call on time, we found the problem, but could not find the part to fix it to our customers satisfaction. We had to order the part. I will be willing to send a $30.00 check to the members for our labor. The $84.95 is our normal charge to respond to the call, and we did that. Thank you."
