+ -1 moreWe purchased a home built in 1956 that had the bathtub refinished several months prior to our purchase. It appears to be the original cast iron tub. After a month of usage, we noted several areas that the finish was missing. We contacted Alan Polen, the owner, as the prior homeowners had left the warranty that he provided after completing the refinishing. Alan's initial response when we called (cell phone as no-one answered the landline that is listed) and explained the situation/problem was that he was in a store shopping and couldn't take down our information. We then texted him on his cell phone and after 7 days have not received a response.
Description of Work: Bathtub was refinished in April 2018.

+ -1 moreThey were great! I called them on a Sunday and they came out on Monday. They sent me a picture after they were done. I didn't have to be home to supervise. Very curteous and professional.
Description of Work: They hauled away a trailor that had been on my property for along time.
