Excellent. Overall service price and quality of product and installation was the best experience I've had with any kind of home improvements. I just can't say enough to explain how happy we are with this choice.

Was very pleased with the high quality of work done by A-1's installers. We had carpeting installed along with new tile and vinyl in our downstairs living room, kitchen and bathroom. The installer was very polite and upbeat. He was extremely professional. We will continue to use their services whenever we need flooring.

The service in the store when I was picking out what carpet I wanted was great.  The owner really took the time and asked questions to help me make the best choice of flooring for my situation.  I did some comparison shopping and found them to be the best priced.  When they came to install the carpet they were timely, courteous and did an excellent job.  When they were finished installing they took away all of the old materials, swept and quality checked the carpet to make sure that everything looked good.  Overall I give them an A rating because they exceeded my expectations.  I will definitely use them the next time I need flooring and recommend them to everyone.

They were very helpful though the whole process. I changed my mind several times and they didn't seem to mind a bit. The installers were great and my boyfriend didn't show up to move the appliances the installation crew moved them for me without a complaint.I will be going back for carpet later this year. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality the owner came out and looked the kitchen over thoroughly then next day I was impressed with that.

They were prompt, professional and and very courteous! Everything was cleaned up before they left and we are extremely happy with the carpet !!!
