They took our money and ran after promised a reimbursement for weeks not used. Poor communication between employees and owners. Before we paid in advance the employee assured us if we moved our camper out early they would refund our money. Poor communication and bad customer service. We will not be using them again for storage:(

Will not be returning:( Before finalizing our reservation, we talked to employees on the phone, we visited the facility twice and put a deposit down. When we bought our camper we made it clear to the worker we were unclear as to when we would be moving it out. My husband was reassured after questioning the employee for 5 minutes that we would be reimburse us for weeks not used. He paid the entire amount in full. Yesterday, we went to move our camper to a campground and when he asked about our refund for the remainder of the month the owners wife stated that they do not do that and she would talk to the owner and get back to us. We will not be getting reimbursed as promised. It is not about the money (about $42.50) it is the principle. Don't make promises you can't keep. DO NOT PAY AHEAD and we will be storing our camper elsewhere.
