I thought I had covered all the bases, and some of the problems may have been due to my misunderstanding. If you change anything, they change the price and don't tell you. I asked them to give me an invoice on everything because I had the entire kitchen ripped out and they put everything in blocks of prices and no individual pricing.

I didn't want the extension on the cabinet and so instead of my price going down it went up because he said it involved more flooring. However, the granite counter top was not needed for the extension nor the extended cabinet. Common sense would say the price should have went down. 

They would say they would be here and show up a half hour later. I would not hire them again. I gave the rest of my home remodeling to somebody else trustworthy.

I hope to save others the pain of dealing with this man or any companies owned by him. The original construction was poor. We, and the condo association, have had to spend a decent amount of money to fix rooves and ceilings that caused constant leaks. The condo is great now, but his original work was poor. In addition, he has seized the club and pool house and brought bogus legal action against us. DO NOT go near him with a 10 foot pole.

The cabinets were very nice, it took longer than we thought, but it wasn't an inconvenience for us, because we were doing some of the house ourselves. It is really nice, and we got everything from them, including the appliances, and so that was nice. They threw in the microwave and stuff like that. The kitchen turned out beautiful, it just took time, because they are busy. They were here, when they said they were coming.
