Installed the sink hardware but in the process the Plummer cracked the marble tile in the bathroom. When I pointed it out to the Plummer he told me he would notify the owners to settle. The same day the Neff Representative came to the house and agreed to have someone replace/fix the marble. After a week no phone call, so I started the phone calls to Neff to find out who and when they were arranging to have fix the marble. They told me they were making the arrangements and I would get a call within the week. Another week passes and still nothing. That's when I started calling about ever other day for the next 2 weeks until finally they made arrangements to repair the broken tile.
