 + -1 morePaid special attention to details. Used rubber membrane for water proofing; tarred and parged. All work done outside of the house, rather than a quick fix inside for water related issues. Removed and re-installed all basement items for pouring of new basement floor. Very knowledgeable crew. As the job proceeded, I always knew where I was both bill wise and completion.
Description of Work: Poured new floor in basement, water-proofed basement. Re-built basement wall. Added basement access to outside. Enclosed porch. Added concrete floor to back porch. finished grade and landscaping.
