I would be giving 0 stars. I was told last week that i would be getting a call back but nothing. I politely left 3 VM's in the past 2 weeks and still no call back. I don't mind if someone can't do a job, but at least a courtesy call saying they can't do the job would be nice. I really liked their work in the past, not sure what happened here, but it's not acceptable. Will no longer be recommending them.

The service was excellent. He explained everything and made sure all the parts are matched up and he found an excellent match. He is also personable and professional.

Very professional and kind. In anticipation of replacing the spigots, Eric had the necessary parts already purchased and ready to go (he said he would have just returned them if I didn’t want to move forward after the quote). The downspout was an after thought, but he was able to fix that after making a parts run. Left the space clean.

I just purchased a house and needed to have my CSST bonded. After looking online for a company, I hired White Knight to come out and perform the services. They arrived on time, were professional, and fixed the issue in a timely manner. The price quoted was the price I paid. I would definitely hire them again!

Was able to get parts and complete work the same day

Called and spoke with his wife. She took my info, contacted him and called me back within 5 minutes. Eric was able to come out the next morning. Very professional and punctual. Repair was made quickly. He was very careful in making sure the leak was fixed before leaving. Talked to him about a couple other jobs I needed done and he was able to disconnect a gas space heater that I wanted removed in the basement for an additional fee. Cleaned up both work areas very well and took away what I didn't want to be recycled. I was impressed with Eric's attention to detail in completing each job. Job well-done is usually worth the cost!

Very impressed with the effiency, professionalism and courtesy that this business showed. When the compactor created a debacle and company was called for repairs, the response was very punctual. Eric called and showed at the time promised. The work was perfomed with quality. I intend to use this company again in the future and of course referrals to others follow. Well Done.

They did a good job. Eric was very knowledgeable and had a positive, can-do attitude. He was quick about getting supplies and getting back to us. He got everything done in one day which was amazing! When I called the first time, I didn't get a call back for a few days. It was the weekend so I understood that and when they called me back they said their phone system had been down and they didn't know it. They are also a small business, possibly just a husband and wife team.
