We Haul It Cleaning Service LLC

My experience with We Haul It Cleaning Service LLC's moving services could not have been more traumatic. One of the three movers on the job stole $250 in cash from my personal bag. I discovered the theft before the truck had been unloaded at the new house, so the unloading process was tense and awful. The movers left most items in the front two rooms of the new house. None of the workers admitted to the theft. So, I had to file a police report. One owner did attempt to make things right, to a degree, by assisting with the police report and offering me a small, partial refund on the $380 I'd already paid him at the outset of the move. But, all told, I still ended up paying $550 for a move that left me feeling incredibly shaken and traumatized. The other owner, unfortunately, displayed an appalling lack of sensitivity. The tone of her communication was defensive and bordered on outright rudeness. Considering the fact that one of her employees stole a substantial sum of money from a client, that tone was highly inappropriate. I was shocked at her lack of compassion and unprofessional attitude. I am still suffering fallout from this move. I'm dealing with a police investigation as well as finding items that were damaged when they were unloaded hastily and angrily by the workers. We Haul It Cleaning Service LLC should not be in business. At a minimum, they need to vet their workers much more carefully. And their customer service skills, specifically those of the female owner, are sorely lacking. I'm sad to say I cannot recommend We Haul It Cleaning LLC to anyone.
