 + -1 moreWonderful service! Drivers are always prompt and reliable. They deliver in an emergency as well. We have been with this company for over 8 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else for our bottled water.
Description of Work: Monthly delivery of bottled water and rental cooler.

 + -1 moreThey always deliver on the scheduled date and are flexible when late changes are requested, either to the number of bottles delivered or to change a delivery date. They also demonstrate their flexibility by allowing customers to schedule a set number of bottles to be delivered each month or to just call each month with orders. They are always polite and professional and very reasonably priced. They also have 3 gallon bottles available as well as the standard 5 gallon, which is much easier to lift for those of us with bad backs! They also don't have a lot of employee turnover. I have been speaking with the same person in customer service (Tammy) since I signed up with them these many years ago. This continuity is great, as you then have people that know your preferences. So many companies anymore seem to have a revolving door, with their personnel changing almost monthly.
Description of Work: I have been having bottled water delivered by this company monthly for over 5 years (I have my own cooler).
