I have always been happy with them. They are fast. They usually have some kind of deal going that is not real expensive. The only things extra that I usually get is what they spray on afterwards so you are less likely to have spots. I don't think they still use the same product. I think there was something that pretty much everybody used and now it has been changed. Maybe by the FDA or somebody. They clean the carpet. I have spots in particular in front of the sofa because we eat things there that we should not. They are effective and fast. They move furniture.

I was not happy with the results.  The men who came were obviously in a big hurry to get to their next job and did not take the time to clean well.
Before they left I had to ask them to go over some dark high-traffic (soiled) areas a second time.  After they left and the carpet dried, it still looked dingy. So  I went over the area again  myself with my own, cheap little Bissel machine and got tons of more dirt out. I also had a bad experience with them another time  when they cleaned/polished my hardwood floors, and left swirled puddles of dirty polyurethane to dry on the floor .  I will not use Stanley Steamer again. I am looking elsewhere for a company that performs quality services.

I needed someone who was familiar with getting mold out of the furniture. It went fine.

The techs showed up on time and got right to work.  We are very happy with the cleaning, they were courteous, friendly, and efficient.  Did a great job on the vehicle too considering it was 10 degrees out when they were working on it.  Would highly recommend.

Scheduling was very easy through there website and confirmed with email.  They re-confirmed a day or two prior to showing up.  We received a phone when they were on their way.  They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  They cleaned the carpet with very minimal inconvenience to us.  Carpets look like new.  Very happy with the experience and would highly recommend.

The package includes 2 or 3 future cleans. They cleaned off a whole carpet this time, and we bought an additional 2 room cleaning. I thought they were very professional. They were punctual, they came in and did exactly what they said they would do, plus they did additional work. In our actual order, we did not ask for our couch and chairs to be done, and they were here and they did it, instead of us making another appointment. They were timely, and they suggested extra cleaning products because we have animals. It was an all around good experience.

Very cooperative and punctual.  We had to reschedule because the homeowner was not done moving ( even though they were supposed to be).  Stanley Steamer was at the house no more than 30 minutes after we called them to arrive.  Carpet looked beautiful when they were done.  I would definitely hire them again.

They are very responsive and come out when I call them. They are always on time and they always seem to do a good job.

I placed a call to Stanley Steamer to make an appointment to get the carpets cleaned and they were able to come that day.  The crew were very professional and quickly worked to clean and deodorize the carpets.

I have been using them for at least 5 years. They have always done a good job; the carpets look good and they don't leave any mess. I will use them again in the future.

You can rely on them and they do a good job. Their rates were reasonable considering the amount of work they did. We were quite pleased with them. We plan on using them again in the future.

We just have a small area to be cleaned. We have been pretty happy with the service. They do a good job of getting the high traffic areas clean and protecting the furniture from the cleaning fluids. We would use them again.

It went well.  Everything looks good so far.  It cleaned up everything.  There were two guys that were very polite and they worked together well as a team.
