He doesn?t communicate. He does t meet deadlines. Sid months later and still don?t have my furniture. Never use this man. He is terrible.

The wingback chairs were particularly challenging because I chose a stripped pattern and they are corded at the edges and the arms are curved. Mr. Setser did a wonderful job making sure all the stripes matched up and ended where they were supposed to be. The sofa bed was 25 years old and very heavy with a very good bed mechanism but we had a dog spraying problem in the past which had ruined the cloth upholstery and padding underneath. We chose a faux leather and Mr. Setser replaced all the padding right down to the frame and even treated the wood frame where the dog had damaged it. The workmanship on all 3 pieces is excellent and shows true talent, much experience and pride in work. Everyone was also very accommodating about picking up the pieces as they were at our home and at a storage facility and they agreed to keep the sofa for us until we moved from one home to another. They are very good. They promised me they would have the pillows at a certain date and they were on time. I was very satisfied with the work they did.

THE FINISHED CHAIRS WERE JUST GORGEOUS. CHANNEL BACKED CHAIRS REQUIRE EXTRA LABOR AND EXPERTISE. IT'S IS A FAMILY BUSINESS WITH MOM, DAD, AND TWO KIDS INVOLVED. ALL WERE WARM, FRIENDLY, AND GREAT TO WORK WITH. A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
