My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the installation of our new bathrooms. John Ricks, the owner, and Mark, the Project Manager, were a pleasure to work with and extremely professional during every step of the renovation. John's entire team of craftsmen were punctual, efficient, trustworthy and professional. During the project a few changes and additions were requested and John was very accommodating. John and Mark were very easy to work with and eager to please. If there were a problem, it was taken care of immediately. 
We were very impressed with John and his company from the beginning. His estimate was fair and he stuck to it. We had a deadline to meet and he met it. We were confident enough to give him and his people access to our house even when we couldn't be there. We have no qualms in recommending John to anyone with a similar project.

RH Homes did a great job of working within my tight timeframe when I purchased the home just 5 weeks before moving in.  All of the critical work was done quickly before I moved in and once we were living in the home RH Homes worked around our schedules so that it was not at all disruptive. 
Along the way I had some changes to the project and added some items (i.e., more electrical and plumbing issues noted once I was living in the house!) - John R. did a great job of tracking all of my requests and didnt miss a beat with any changes.  He was very responsive and everyone (including subs) were very professional.  I'm very happy with the work that was done and have already recommended RH Homes to others.

John and his contractors were professional and very easy to work with, we are delighted with the result.  The contractors did excellent work and John supervised each step personally.  There were some brief delays but this was mainly due to shipping around the holidays and an unexpected illness.  Overall there was great communication, consistent forward progress, and we would definitely use this company again.

Overall everything was perfect.  The demolition was quick and clean.  The plumbing was removed and redone, the drywall was replaced and then the shower door and fixtures were installed.  Each person was an expert --  the plumber, the drywall person, the finish carpenter and the shower door installer. John stopped by every day to check on the progress and inspect the work.  I never had a mess of any kind in the rest of the house.  John covered the floors before any work was started.  I did make some small changes but the work still came in under budget.

We are extremely pleased with the results of our renovation.  We think the most important part of remodeling is the character of the contractor.  We have complete confidence in John--not only in his competence, conscientious attention to detail and keen coordination of sub-contractors--but his honesty, excellent listening and communication skills and complete trustworthiness.  John felt like part of our family.  Of special note, John was able to renovate the kitchen (down to the studs with the floor and ceiling removed) while keeping our old stove, refrigerator and sink intact before new appliances were installed.  This saved us a lot of money being able to cook at home.
John paid close attention to the work of his sub-contractors and was quick to address any issues we saw with the work and/or explain things to us and answer our questions.  The sub-contractors were professional, respectful and hard-working.  They did an excellent job of cleaning up each day.  We are already making a list of additional projects for John (landscaping, as an example).  We recommend him without reservation to anyone who wants quality work from a quality person at a reasonable price.  John's the best.

It went extremely well. I submitted architect plans to about 5 contractors for bid and RH Homes won by a significant amount. John Ricks, the owner, started the construction in July and it was finished in November. They stayed with it throughout without interruption. John stayed in touch with me throughout the project, asked me questions to make sure it was being done how I wanted, responded to my questions without delay, and supervised the progress. His subs were all respectful and considerate. This was my first experience with a contractor and I was prepared for issues, but never had a single one! The whole project was completely stress-free. In fact, now that it's done I'm going into withdrawal and want to start another! I really can't say enough about John Ricks and his ability to make it all so easy. His subs cleaned up after themselves, he let me know what was going to be happening next, he even has someone who comes in and cleans at the end of it! I am very, very happy with my new kitchen and porch and the entire process of getting them. Don't start a project without checking out RH Homes first.

The entire renovation process for both projects went exceptionally well. RH Homes provided a very competitive and detailed quote with realistic allowances for materials (cabinets, granite, plumbing fixtures, etc.) The project completed in the estimated time frame and under budget, and John Ricks (the owner of RH Homes) did a great job communicating with me of what to expect throughout the entire renovation process and was very receptive to my changes/ feedback. He pays close attention to details and would make corrections before I had a change to point out imperfections and he would often make suggestions to improve the quality of the project, while always keeping my budget in mind. John takes pride in the quality of his work, does a great job managing the subcontractors, and has the experience to anticipate and prevent project delays and unexepected costs. He is also very kid friendly, and was patient with my young children's curiousity about the project and he was very careful to keep the areas as safe as possible. John also worked to minimize the amount of debris/dust from the projects -- which made it much easier to live in the house while the renovation was underway.
