Prime Time Painting

It went very weii. A metal plate was installed and a door dam was mounted to prevent air entry.

Not sure they were installed correctly.

Paint owner misled us and used the wrong kind of paint for our block wall. Paint is showing through. He refused to come back and redo it.

Mark was great to work with. He did show up late for both the consultation and the appointment but the quality of work made up for that.

The process was smooth and looked great.

Mark is observant, confident and extremely skilled. He explained exactly what he would do to fix the issues that my home required. After meeting and speaking with other Angie's List service provider's, I knew Mark was the person I needed. I wasn't at home once during the entire service period, Mark took care of everything. Plainly, he is trustworthy, a perfectionist and I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

Mark was very responsive to my phone calls, came on the date and time agreed upon and completed the work in a timely, professional manner. I am happy with their work!

Vendor showed up; said he couldn't do the work. Offered to do other work instead; haven't heard from him since. We were told we couldn't get our money back because it was more than 30 days after I paid for the work. We were offered other services that were more expensive. Given my experience with the first contractor from Angie's List, I wasn't willing to risk any more money so we are out $149.

Fantastic. The owner came out and looked at the job. He suggested that I would not have to replace the wood, just repair. I mentioned that I really also was considering a larger job - painting all of the trim, caulking and replacing shutters. He gave me a quote within a few hours and I hired him for the job. He arrived as promised with everything he needed. He and his partner worked a long day and then returned the next to finish. They cleaned up after themselves, were available to answer any questions and did a great job. They were always punctual and kept me informed. In the Spring, I will probably hire to stain the fence. Was going to do it in the Fall, but doggie emergency prevented it.

Although we'd scheduled for 2:30 pm they did not show up until 4. They were late due to weather delays on earlier projects. They did a great job on the roof repair and front door.

Impressed! ?Had him do some work on a rental property and he was respectful, on time and cleaned up after himself. ?Definitely very professional work.

Mark was outstanding in his work. The work that he performed went according to the contract agreed-upon between Mark, my wife and myself. Mark was always timely and he completed the job with full cleanup. If you want a professional job please contact Mark.

In addition to Mark working in repairing the exterior wood on our home, I recommended him to my mother. Mark did an outstanding job on replacing the exterior wood surfaces on my mother's home and painting the exterior surfaces. Everything went according to the contract my mother and Mark signed.

Mark was pleasant to deal with and was always professional.  This was the 2nd time I used him as he had painted an inside room for us in the winter.  He made several suggestions on what products to use for best wear and I was extremely happy with the results and plan on using him again.

My daughter had used a textured paint on the walls years ago that was not bedroom appropriate. Mark Thomas put up a plaster base over the textured paint to smooth walls and then painted. He cleaned up after himself and left my room the way he had found it. I would definitely use him again for other jobs.
