I wanted to let the rest of Columbus know about central Ohio's best kept secret when it comes to selling your home. Joan Elflein is a real estate agent/broker who offers a fee-for service option for people trying to sell their home. Long story short you pay $250 and Joan advertises for you. MLS is included and no commission to Joan when your house sells! Our house was on the market for four months by a well known Realtor and we only had two showings. We fired our agent and hired Joan. We had two showings in the first week and our house sold immediately. I highly recommend this to anyone who is in the market. Joan went above and beyond. (She returned phone calls immediately, answered all of our questions, and guided us through the entire closing process!) It is always refreshing to know there are still people out there who practice true customer service...with no strings attached. Thanks Joan!
