I had a good experience. The quality was good. They were very thorough, and once they started, they kept going until they finished.

Klamfoth Inc's prices are reasonable. They are very reliable and they do a good job which counts for a lot. Their customer service, quality, professionalism, and communication are excellent.

It turned out great and we were really happy with the work but during the winter, the ice and snow caused some damages with the work. They now are in the process of fixing the damages for free, with no additional charges. They have a wonderful work team. Their sales person, Rob, is great and was very helpful with us, as well as very honest with the work. Their workers are very impressive and are very hardworking. We are thrilled with them.

We are very pleased with them and plan on using them in the future. I would recommend them to other.

It went well. The representative came out as scheduled and then sent a detailed estimate which was much less expensive than the other two estimates even though it was using the same materials.

August 2007, contacted Klamfoth to aerate whole lawn, fill in low areas of front and side lawn. Beginning of September Klamfoth came out, aerated front and back lawn, slit seeded some areas of front and side yard, filled in a few low spots in front yard. Some areas were missed. Contacted Scott concerning areas missed. Scott said he would take care of areas missed. After not showing up and numerous phone calls by the end of October, Scott said he would put us on the schedule for spring of 2008. I started calling in early March to find exactly when we were on their schedule. Again, after may phone calls and messages, I was told we were on their schedule, could never get anyone to commit to a date. After many many phone calls, I finally was so frustrated I sent Scott an email and received a phone call. Now it's May, we had to go over what was missed last fall. Scott finally admitted he did not bring enough materials to complete the job in the beginning. He made another appointment to come out and mark the areas of our lawn that were missed, he showed up an hour and a half late and unprepared. My husband had some small flags that marked telephone lines, Scott put them all over our front lawn, again a couple more weeks passed. We needed to cut our lawn, it was Memorial Day, we had to pull the flags up to cut the grass. Contacted Scott again to come out and re-mark the areas that were to be repaired. When he did come out, it is now June, we were so frustrated and disappointed we fired Klamfoth.

The service they provide is good; I will continue to use them for all my landscaping needs.

They do good work but could be a little better with follow up. We left right after they had installed the flowers when we came back the flowers had died. They also did not complete the stone work without us having to confront them on it. They seemed to be lacking in customer service.

Assistant (Jose') was hard working, careful and attentive to detail. We were seriously worried about the scope and length of this project, but Paul and Jose did a great job! Rob (sales rep.) visited the site most days to check-in and to provide any necessary information. The Klamfoth team took care to make our neighbors feel better about the interruption to their lives given the use of heavy equipment and damage to the grass on the property line. I would definitely recommend Klamfoth to anyone considering a project of this size.
