If you don't have a service account with them, they would charge to deliver and install. I picked it up and installed. Very fair and reasonable price. Would recommend and would use again.

Service was part of a semi-annual service contract. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service staff. First rate equipment.

All work was performed in a very professional manner.  All the questions I asked were answered and they took the time to instruct me on the proper operation of the system.  Will use again.

One Sunday, we found water and waste were flooding the backyard and the aeration pump light was on.  We stopped using water at the house.  When I called EC Babbert, the outgoing message stated that they did not have emergency residential service and they would open 7a.m. Monday morning.  At 7:01 I Monday I called, and was advised by the service department that they would call me Tuesday to tell me what time they would be there. Tuesday around 10:00 I had not heard from them, so I called and was advised they would check with their worker and get back with me.  When I had not heard by noon, I called again, and within a few minutes had a return call stating someone could be there in 30 to 45 minutes.

When Tom arrived, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and respectful of my (lack of) knowledge and of the home (e.g., took off shoes every time he walked into the house).  He patiently explained to me how the system works and what might be the problem (roots blocking the pipes).  He turned off the power to the aeration pump, arranged for another company to come and empty the tank and snake the line the next morning (b/c all of their company's trucks were busy). 

He returned three days later, without an additional service call charge, and put the pump back in, tested the motor to the pump, replaced the timer (at less than half the cost quoted by another company),  showed me how to turn the power off and on to it, advised me when to turn it back on.  The service manager / scheduler (?) Opie and Tom were both very informative and responsive to questions and concerns.

Extremely punctual and very good. It was not an emergency. This was a normal pumping out of a septic tank. This is the third time I've used them over the last 20 years. I've recommended them to two neighbors.

They did a great job. He found a thing that was going bad that we had to replace. He replaced it. He found out what was wrong and he fixed it. He answered all my questions. I had a water softener question and he answered that as well for me. I just recommended them to a friend of mine.

Even though they say inspecting a tank is easy and that anyone can do it, it was well worth the money to have them come out instead, knowing what they were looking for and without scheduling on my part. One of their inspections found the motor needed repair, and they performed the repair at a substantial discount because of the contract. They also respect your yard and don't tear it up with their trucks or hoses.

I used this company when I first installed the septic tank thirty five years ago. I like that they offer an exchange program that can save you up to 50% off of the price of the aerators.

He arrived on time to do the services asked of him. He was professional while he worked. I would use him in the future. The quality of his work was excellent.

I have used them in the past, and will continue to use them. They respond right away. They are exceptional, and always solve any problems I have.

CONTRACTOR WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. CALLED BEFORE ARRIVING. DID NOT LEAVE ANY MESS OR CLEAN UP. WOULD USE AGAIN.

I TOOK THE UNIT INTO THE SHOP AND THE WORK WAS PERFORMED IN A TIMELY MANNER FOR A REASONABLE AMOUNT. THEY WERE ALSO HELPFUL IN CHOOSING THE CORRECT MATERIALS TO EXTEND THE OPENING OF OUR SEPTIC TANK IN ORDER TO MEET CODE.

WHEN I MADE THE APPT I ASKED FOR SEVERAL SPECIFIC SERVICE ITEMS AND DESCRIBED TO THE COMPANY REP SOME DIFFICULTIES IN REACHING THE TANK. THE TECHNICIAN HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED BY THE COMPANY ABOUT THE ITEMS I MENTIONED. HE COMPLAINED ABOUT GETTING TO THE TANK UNTIL MY HUSBAND CARRIED THE HOSE TO THE TANK. WE HAD TO SIGN AN EXTENSIVE DAMAGES WAIVER, THEN THE TECH STEPPED ON AND CRUSHED OBVIOUS LANDSCAPING HE COULD HAVE EASILY AVOIDED. MY HUSBAND WAS ON HIS WAY TO WORK, BUT STAYED HOME TO OBSERVE AFTER SEEING THE TECH'S BEHAVIOR. TECH SMOKED AROUND OPEN TANK AND DROPPED CIGARETTE BUTTS.

IMPRESSED. THEY DID AN AERATIONS TANK INSPECTION. VERY PROMPT. HE WAS HERE WHEN HE DAID HE WOULD BE.
