Service was performed on the furnace and the control module switch configuration was changed and updated for this application. Service team was on time and called back to make sure everything was still ok and performing well.

As it was a Sunday I needed emergency service. The call was answered promptly and I was informed of the price up front. I was told someone would be there that day and I would be called when they were on their way. Carl was at my house within 11/2 hours. Carl found the problem immediately and replaced the wire. He was friendly and explained the issue. We talked about how long an air conditioner should last and the care to keep them running.

He blew the fuse and shorted out the system. He had no idea what he was doing, and had to keep calling back to the office for advice. He gave up at about 8pm that night. He had a supervisor come out then, since it was still in the 90s. They got it running again that night, but were supposed to come back to check it all again. I've called 3 or 4 times for them to come for that follow-up service, and always get the response that they will get to us in a little while. I'm not going to renew that service contract with them, based on this experience.

Our air conditioning went out on the hottest day in several years. We called CHC early the next morning (Friday). I was told that repairs could not be scheduled until Monday at regular rate, or Saturday weekend rate. Both rates were explained. I selected weekend rate. That evening Friday) a storm knocked out electricity over wide areas. Our power was restored in about 4 hours.Technician (Steve) called Saturday morning to ask if we had electrical power, and said he would be at our home in ten minutes. Steve was on time and made the repairs our equipment needed very quickly. I asked Steve to check the coolant while he was at our home. He said that coolant was a little low so I asked hime to bring the coolant up to the proper level. Also done quickly.Steve made our repairs and requested maintenance quickly. We later learned that Steve was out repairing our equipment while he had no electrical power at his own home. Steve was a very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable technician. We will definitely use this company again.

Overall, the experience always goes well. I have them every year, and the technicians are always excellent with arriving on time. If they're running behind, they're very good about calling ahead of time to let me know. I've always been extremely happy with their service and prices. The cost includes furnace check-up as well as a/c check up. I have recommended them to neighbors, and I'd recommend them to others.

He charged us $315 and it only lasted hour. I called to let them know that I wasn't happy and wasn't going to pay the bill. They said they would have the manager, Karl, call but he never called. I never saw the charge on my credit card but I got a bill the other day for 6lbs of freon for $105.

Things went okay. Costs were higher since it was a Saturday. The oddest thing was that the part (igniter) cost $130. Technician told us that it would have cost $120, but it was a Saturday. How does the cost of a part increase based on what day it is?

OVERALL, A GOOD EXPERIENCE. APPT. WAS BUMPED TO A LATER DATE BY COMPANY, BUT WORKERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND GOT EVERYTHING READY FOR THE WINTER.

THE OVERALL SERVICE OF THE COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE THAT SAME NIGHT AND THE FURANCE WAS WORKING WHEN THEY LEFT. HOWEVER, $113 FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES OF WORK IS HARD TO SWALLOW. $85 FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC AND $28 FOR THE SERVICE. THAT MAY VERY WELL BE THE COST.
