Friendly and professional first time around. Less accommodating on the repair. Overall, satisfied with work.
Description of Work: Original repair completed in 2011. Included repair of living room ceiling, replacing floor and installing new tile in bath. Leak returned and we had to contact Campbell several times to get response. Repair was satisfactory although we called them back to complete painting which was inadequate. Original repair appeared fine until ceiling seam began to tear away from the repair.

We never did any work for the member. Her son's residence had a fire and we did not complete the repairs. This is a felonious claim and we have been in business 30 years and we have a 98% total customer satisfaction rating and complete 300 projects a year.

My insurance company referred me to this company. It didn't take long to find out this was a mistake (and I let my insurance company know). First it was difficult to get in touch with them. Even when I got in touch with someone they asked me to call back when their scheduler was in. I asked to leave a message, but they said to call back. After two weeks I finally got them to come and perform a review of my roof. They left me a note on my door saying they had been there (that's it - no specifics). I figured they would call and let me know what the status was, but after two more weeks I could not even get them over the phone. I gave up and got another company to give me an estimate. I realized how customer service should be. If you want great service at a reasonable price call someone else (I suggest Feazel Roofing). Feazel got the roof installed within four weeks. Ironically Campbell left me a message to schedule my roof repair (one week AFTER the roof was completed). They still had not even given me an estimate. The kicker was that when I talked to my insurance company, they told me Feazel's estimate was lower than Campbell. I hope they drop Campbell and pickup someone else (anyone else).
Description of Work: After my roof was damaged by wind, my insurance company referred Campbell to provide an estimate. That's all I could get them to do.

This is a felonious assault on our company. We had an increase in volume and could not provide next day service at that time. Due to owner's lack of patience he made above report. They did not pay too much, never did the work nor should someone have the right to bash a company if no work is performed.

EXPERIENCE - HORRIBLE...I WAS HARASSED, BLAMED, ACCUSED AND TREATED BADLY. THERE ARE TOO MANY PROBLEMS TO MENTION DURING THE RENOVATION OF MY HOME...JUST TO NAME A FEW: AFTER I ASKED NOT TO GIVE OUT MY ALARM CODE TO ALL EMPLOYEES, CAMPBELL IGNORED MY REQUEST. AFTER CONFRONTING CAMPBELL, THEY IMPLIED THAT I WAS LYING. DURING DEMOLITION, MY GLASS WAS BROKEN (AT THAT POINT I WAS LIVING IN AN APARTMENT) THEY ACCUSED ME OF BREAKING IT. THEY USED THE WRONG COLOR PAINT IN FOYER-AGAIN, I WAS ACCUSED AND I EVEN HAD PROOF THAT THEY PICKED THE WRONG COLOR. NOT ONE NAIL HOLE HAD BEEN FILLED WHEN THE TRIM WAS REPLACED. ONE COAT OF PAINT WAS USED INSTEAD OF TWO. EVEN THE OWNER APOLOGIZED FOR THE BAD WORKMANSHIP THAT HAD BEEN DONE ON MY HOME. CARPET RUNNER ON STAIRS WAS INSTALLED WITHOUT REPLACING THE PADDING (WHICH IS IN THE SCOPE)...SO THEY DECIDED TO CUT MY CARPET & NOW IT DOESN'T FIT. TO THIS DAY, THEY REFUSE TO COMPLETE THEIR JOB AS PROMISED.
Description of Work: START DATE - OCT. 22, 2004. PROJECTED FINAL CLEAN - FEB.5, 2005. TO THIS DATE, AUGUST 2, 2005...PROJECT STILL NOT COMPLETED. DEMOLITION - CAMPBELL REMOVED WALLS & CEILINGS. STRUCTURAL CLEANING WAS DONE FOR MOLD. DETACHED VANITY AND BATHROOM COMPONENTS. CHECKED ELECTRICAL WIRING FOR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM WATER. REFINISHED WOOD FLOORS. INSTALLED DRYWALL & TRIM. PAINTED INTERIOR WALLS AND CEILINGS. RESET VANITY. THE FINAL PROBLEM IS MY CARPET RUNNER FOR THE STAIRS. THEY REMOVED THE RUNNER DURING THE DEMOLITION PROCESS. THE SCOPE STATES TO "REMOVE AND REPLACE" PAD. INSTEAD, THEY OMITTED THE PADDING. SINCE THE CARPET WAS LONGER WITHOUT THE PAD, THEY DECIDED TO CUT MY CARPET RUNNER AND THROW AWAY THE EXTRA PIECE. I POINTED OUT THE PROBLEM TO THEM AS SOON AS I RETURNED HOME FROM WORK. THEY TOOK THE CARPET BACK OFF AND LAID THE PADDING. THEY TRIED TO MAKE INSTALL THE CARPETING AGAIN, BUT IT WAS TOO SHORT. THE OWNER GAVE ME A CREDIT FOR THE CARPET, BUT NOW HE WANTS IT BACK WITH INTEREST!

THE HOMEOWNER HAS PICKED UP AND STILL RETAINS POSSESSION OF THE RUG; TO US THAT MEANS THAT THE CLEANING WAS ACCEPTABLE. IF WE ARE BUYING THE HOMEOWNER A NEW RUG, WE WILL NEED THE OLD ONE TO DETERMINE LIKE, KIND AND QUALITY, WHICH KA MENENDIANS HAS SAID WAS A POLYPROPYLENE RUG. IF THE HOMEOWNER BRINGS US A RECEIPT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PADS, WE WILL REIMBURSE HER FOR THOSE. WE WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SEE A RECEIPT OF WHERE SHE USED THE $2000.00 WE GAVE HER FOR THE CARPET STAIR RUNNER. THIS IS AN EXTREME AMOUNT OF CARPET ON STAIRS! PROJECT WAS AN INSURANCE CLAIM AGAINST HOMEOWNERS ROOFER. HOMEOWNER WAS CREDITED UP TO $2000.00 FOR RUNNER ON STAIRS PENDING REPLACEMENT. PADDING UNDER CARPET RUNNER WAS REPLACED AND RUNNER WAS REINSTALLED-A PROFESSIONALLY ACCEPTABLE JOB PER CARPET SUPERVISOR. FOYER HAS BEEN REPAINTED. NAIL HOLES IN TRIM HAVE BEEN FIXED DURING PUNCH-OUT. HOUSE WAS PAINTED TWO COATS. AREA RUG WAS CLEANED BY KA MENENDIAN. IF RUG DIDN’T CLEAN, HOMEOWNER NEEDS TO BRING IT TO US TO FIX OR REPLACE.
