+ -1 moreBrokaw called within an hour of being contacted by American Home Shield, my home warranty company. Said they couldn't come until Monday (A/C broke on Thurs at 10 a.m.), because they had no available technicians. Said they couldn't come on the weekend because the warranty company doesn't authorize overtime or emergency service. When they called, they didn't seem too interested in the work (not rude, but didn't want to go the extra mile to try and find a solution), so I called the warranty company back and they gave the service call to another vendor. Part of the reason for their turning down the work may be that they are located 25 miles from my home on the other side of town.
Description of Work: Called to fix heat pump (A/C) that wasn't blowing cold air. Contacted by my home warranty company.
