PROPOSAL WAS SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE MATERIALS, UPON ARRIVAL, SAID PAINT WAS NOT INCLUDED, MEMBER FELT IT WAS A BIG OVERSIGHT, AND WHEN QUESTIONING PROCEDURE OWNER TOLD MEMBER TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE AND HUNG UP!
