countertops, home remodeling
+ 0 moreThey were supposed to install the countertops in June but they haven’t come yet. I have already paid for the countertops. They didn’t do the work and I am still waiting. I would not deal with them again.
Description of Work: I used Custom Interiors & Design in July of this year to do countertops for my kitchen.

+ 5 moreBob and Lance were always on time (they live far from Strongsville). Bob was very accommodating and easy to work with. Strongsville has stringent building codes and Bob got the required licenses and permits. They kept me informed about what was happening and what was expected to happen next. They cleaned up after end of each day. As with all remodel jobs, there were a few snags. They were very good at problem solving. The above refrigerator cabinet was too large, so we had to wait for a new one to be delivered in order to finish the job. They were patient and accommodating with this delay. There were some additional costs that weren't in the original estimate. We are happy with the final results.
Description of Work: We remodeled our kitchen in the Fall of 2007. They demolished ceramic tile floor (very hard work), closet pantry and tile backsplash. They installed new drywall and built out the the soffit and crown moulding to fit the new cabinet pantry and refrigerator. They installed cork flooring, cabinets and trim. Custom Interiors and Designs was still willing to work for us even though we got most of our supplies through other companies. We could have purchased the flooring and cabinets from them but we had specific needs that they couldn't accommodate. They used subs for electrical work (those guys were good too).
