I saw a coupon for Bowtie Window Cleaners in the Valpak. There were phone numbers for Dayton, Cincinnati, and Toll Free. I called the Cincinnati number and spoke to a gentleman who seemed very nice and took all my info. He said they would come between 3 and 5 on Wednesday, November 11. I stayed home all afternoon but by 5:30, no one from the company had shown up and no one called. I called the business and had to leave a message. I asked what had happened and informed them that I would no longer need their service. I have guests coming in 2 weeks so I will just do it myself as I do not have another day to waste waiting. As of midday on Thursday, they have neither called to apologize nor explain. Luckily, I had not pre-paid for the service so this is now a closed matter.

I saw ad in Valpak, called and scheduled and they came out the next day. Two of them do the work They did two floors. I had them do outside only and screens.

Towards the end of the job, the last storm window fell, hit the cement, and broke. I was assured that they would come back in a few days to replace the glass in the storm window that had broke. They took the frame and said they would return with it fixed and ready to put up. I never heard back from them. I waited a week to call them, and I have not been able to contact them. All I get is a voicemail message.

They were terrible and we called the Better Business Bureau and reported them. They came, but did not bring their hose and the power thing that they brought broke and they had to use ours. It was ridiculous and we should have just told them to leave, but we let them finish. They charged us $300 and it was terrible. They did not know how to clean around the windows and it was awful. We would tell others that if they ever heard the name of this company to run. We had this company do our car back in Atlanta Georgia and they were excellent, but these people did not know what they were doing. We were out by $300 because we had to go over everything. We would not recommend them to our worst enemy. The old man that came out was apologetic, but the young man wasn’t.

They were interested in the job and anxious for the work. They got out of the car and asked if they could use my hose because they forgot theirs and it got worse from there. Their equipment broke down and it was a night mare. I shouldn't have even paid them. I gave them a check on July 15th for $327.95 and they did not do a good job at all, I am not happy with them at all. I talked to them and they came out and gave me an estimate. He was just doing the windows on the inside and not doing the molding and he said that would be extra but I was not told that. I went out and talked to the other gentleman and he said they would be doing it. I went back inside and told the other gentleman and he told me it was his uncle's business and he would see what he said about that. I told him to tell his uncle that I was quoted a price and I wanted it done. They did it, but it was a lousy job. If they had done a good job I would have been perfectly happy with the price. I called twice to talk to the manager and he never called me back.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY ALWAYS HAVE GOOD DISCOUNTS OF SOME KIND. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. IF I AM NOT PLEASED WITH THE WINDOWS THEY WILL DO THEM OVER AGAIN UNTIL I AM.
