Out of all contractor we've had . I wish they all were as concederate ,respectful of our property and cleaned up after them self's as milfair works we had 3 different crews and every one of them out shine any of the contractors we had and we had a bunch!
And the help in picking out the carpet for rooms ,I cannot say enough on the help and input they provide. I cannot see going any other place .Believe me we tried 4 other place before Milfair none match up!

We removed old carpet from our home and replaced it with laminate flooring. We had used Milfair before in our previous home and were pleased with the work they did there. They did not have the style of floor I wanted for the kitchen/dining room area, so I went to another company to get a sample; Milfair was able to order this without a problem. They did have the samples for the living room area. Overall, I think the price might be a bit higher for our area, but the work was great. We had a ton of questions about each section and Brent (their chief sales and estimator) worked patiently and thoroughly with us. We were able to schedule them around other work being done at the same time, and they were very accommodating in this regard. They were very thorough in showing us the details of how the floor needed to be installed; when we had a question about the installation afterwards, Brent came over to examine the floor and talk with us about care and maintenance.
We then had further work done remodeling a bathroom and installing new carpet in a bedroom. Again, Brent worked with us to match colors and talk about various options for the floor and the carpet. We were able to schedule the job around our contractor working on the remodel and it turned out wonderfully. Overall, they are fantastic and we would use them again.
