Dwight explained at the time of the quote that it would be about three weeks before he could do the job because he was behind on other work due to the rainy weather we were having.
Dwight called two times during the three weeks to assure me that I was not forgotten. This was very reassuring to me and showed that Dwight cared about his customers.The work that Dwight did was very professional and completed on time and at the quoted price.
