Excellent! Mr. Mullins was communicative and punctual. He kept the work area as clean as could be expected considering that he had to remove plaster from a ceiling 100 plus years old. The foyer has ornate woodwork that was securely protected from falling plaster. His plaster and repair work were excellent. It was a pleasure to observe his work. He completed the work quickly and even gave my husband and me time to repair the mount for the foyer chandelier.
I think this may have been a small job for him, but it would have been a huge job for us, and consequently, it was well worth the price.
