Car shopping is usually a hassle and we were shopping for an All Wheel Drive sedan for my wife.  We went to several dealers and almost all the auto companies that offer an all wheel drive sedan.  Because we did some internet inquiries by company we received calls from several dealers. 
Chris from Preston Auto Superstore in Burton called and expressed an interest in our Subaru trade-in.  Burton was out of our way and I had not heard of the Preston dealership.  Since we had gone to so many dealers and car types, I thought it was worth one more trip to hear them out. 
I was introduced to Paul Domanovics, their salesperson.  We had test driven many cars had a few quotes prior to my Preston visit.  By that time we knew we wanted a Ford Fusion All Wheel Drive.  Paul was professional and offered us the best deal so we accepted and they began the search for the car my wife wanted.  After a week's search, they called and said to come pick up the new car.   Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that the new car had more options than we ordered and they HONORED OUR ORIGINAL DEAL PRICE for the nicer vehicle.
We were wondering when we sat down with Michael, the business manager to do the paperwork because we were thought they might try to up-sell us on the more expensive vehicle.  They did not and answered all questions and were completely open in their finalization of the deal.  Each person was professional, friendly and made this car deal a pleasurable experience.
Preston is a Ford, KIA, Cadillac and Chevrolet dealer all on one location.   If anyone is shopping for a car, I would highly recommend Preston.

This dealer sold me my car a Cobalt LT in July 2009. They service the
recalls and oil changes when I am in the area. The last oil change I had
there was in December 2012 and it was fast and convenient and cost only
$12. They are very friendly and helpful in the service department and
Bill Lane is one of the best car sales people that I have ever dealt

I worked with Bob Powell the salesman and road tested the car. I was so impressed I bought one. The buying experience was positive, with no negative aspects. My wife and I met the owner, Pat Preston. He was very personable and helpful. For us, this was a most positive car buying experiences.

They are good, they take care of my car and I don't have to worry about it. It is a good company. I bought my cars from them and my son-in-law buys all his trucks from them. The price of some things are high and some things are not. Their tire prices are higher. I bought my tires somewhere else. I am going to be using them again soon.

I have known them for the past 5 years. They are very good in their job and nice people. They were reasonable and do only that needs to be done. I can drive my car in the evening and they fix it. I have wait a while, but, worth the wait. The only drawback is that, they seemed to be short staffed. I highly recommend their service and will continue to use the same in future.

They wash the car when they are done working on it. They always have the work done when they say they will. They give me a car to use if I need one.
