He came when he said he would, he was courteous. The price was very reasonable. They were very professional, they even wore booties in my home, which I never have had happen before. He caught some things that I thought were minor and he found things that I didn't even know about. His service was great, and I feel a lot safer.

The job turned out to be more expensive than I thought it would be. He was informative and polite.

We had a new stove delivered, and when the delivery men were removing the old stove, they caused a short circuit. Our refrigerator and microwave would work only with extension cords. I called Pinnacle Power, and they scheduled an appointment for 8am the next morning. Dave arrived promptly at eight. He explained their pricing system, which I thought was high, performed an inspection of the house, and repaired the circuit. He gave us estimates for the additional work he recommended. He was very neat and professional in his work.

Jen at Pinnacle Power set up the appointment and emailed me a picture of the person who would be performing the work a few days before the appointment. Dave Englert arrived on time and performed the work efficiently and answered all of my questions. Dave was also very accommodating by doing the 12 pt. inspection so another repair person could finish furnace work and moving his truck so he could leave. Dave and Pinnacle were very professional, and I was glad I chose them to do the work.
