Klein & Sons Gutter Cleaning

They got out all the leaves that had finally fallen. They come every year.

They did a great job.

No worries one call and its done. The bill is placed in the mailbox.

I have used them many times and they do a very good job for me.

First, Ken came by to assess the job to give me a quote. No one was at the house; it was not necessary to be home for him to make a visual assessment. A couple weeks later he and his family arrived to do the job. His kids helped him move ladders around and clean up. The job didn't take long. I would rate the clean-up of the gutter gunk on my lawn at a B.

Our house has one corner that is three stories high. We called late in the season, but they came out because we found them on Angie's List. Did job within 3 days of our call.

Overall, we are very satisfied. Our only complaint (and reason for the 'B') is that after we initially called for an estimate, we did not receive one in our mailbox as promised. We assumed (wrongly, as it turned out) that no one ever showed up. Luckily, we followed up a few days later and found that someone had come by, but that the office was supposed to contact us by phone with the estimate. This was a very minor mix-up, obviously, but did cause a tiny bit of frustration. And though all phone contacts always required leaving a message on an answering machine, all calls were returned by the end of the day. Also, they helped us out a lot by doing the job the next day (after we finally called back and learned there was an estimate).

I have used their services before. They are on time, efficient, and very nice. I will have them back again because they are very good. They do an excellent cleanup job.

They were very reliable and a really good value. I would recommend them to others and use them again. They cleaned up after themselves, its looked really good.

When extremely well. Will continue to use Ken in the future. Had thought about gutter guard as didn't want to climb ladders any more. After researching that guards on the internet are not cracked up to their advertisements. For the price decided to go with getting them cleaned.

They were very pleasant to work with and came to do the work when they said they would. They did an excellent job and did not charge me extra to fix the downspout that had fallen down. Everything was completely cleaned up. I recommend this company.

They were very polite. They answered my phone calls right away. We thought the price was very reasonable for two-storey house. They did say they'd come one week and came instead early the next week, but that wasn't a huge problem since it wasn't an emergency job or anything.

This is an excellent family owned company. Mr Klein and his sons got right too work, and were done in 40 minutes if that. They cleaned up everything and placed in bags on the front lawn. You could eat from my gutters they are so clean. Will only use them for gutter work. Very nice folks.

Mr. Klein and assistants were professional and clean in their job. When I called to get the job set up, he gave me a time frame and stuck with it. His prices are fair. I would recommend him for further work.
