HENDRICKS HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

Larry Hendricks came to help us repair our air conditioner.  We moved into this home in the fall of last year so this was too early for us for it to stop working.  He worked with the insurance adjuster to get them the info they needed.  While they didn't replace our unit - what they first denied, they then were able to cover because of Larry's detailed explanation of what was wrong.  We decided to go ahead and replace both the Air Conditioner and the Furnace since both units were close to 20 years old.  We didn't want to be dealing with this in the fall with the heater.  He showed up when we said he would, his protection of our home while working there was top notch, he communicated with us ALL ALONG the way, and cleaned up before he left.  He explained in detail how to care for our new units and left complete warranty information with us.  I also liked that Larry does all the work himself.  He had a nice younger guy learning the ropes from him, but you could definitely tell that Larry was in charge and that he was going to stand behind his work!  Do not hesitate to use him!

Job 1: I was not disappointed! He completed the jobs, left the place spotless and the next inspection passed with flying colors. Job 2: Mr. Hendricks truly exhibits unique qualities in this day and age. He arrives on time. He inspects, analyzes and tells the client what they can do to make the furnace operate more efficiently. What he does not do is pull some ''gadget'' out of his bag to make your furnace work better. The only thing that surpasses his work quality is his work ethic.
