Will was very professional and provided me with realistic expectations on system replacement or repair. He offered practical solutions and helped me solve a problem that another contractor would walk away from. I had a great experience.

Went well. Salesman, Mike, explained what tests he was doing and why. What equipment he wanted to install and why. Price was near what I had been expecting. Installer were very professional. System was installed in a very "neat and tidy" manner. Most pleased.

Service men arrived 15 min. early, cleaned some parts,  got the softener working, and tested water. They were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

They were perfectly fine. The person who came and installed the work was really good and he did a real good job of installing it and he was clean and timely. Their price was normal, it was right there with everybody else. There was nothing extraordinarily good about it but it was not bad either. The quality of work so far seems to be excellent. They were very punctual.

Arrived on time, installations went without problem.

ServiSoft of Middlefield (EcoWater) is a terrific company. Both the office staff and the service techs are professional and courteous. They have maintained the water conditioner in my home for more than 15 years.

When I decided to do a review of my home's water a couple of years ago, I had several companies come out to do evaluations and water testing, including ServiSoft. All of the companies wanted to sell me a new system and make recommendations (each costing thousands). The ServiSoft techs looked at the test results from the sales dept. and told me that just a change in the calcium we were using (from calcite to a calcite/corsex mix) could improve the quality of the water in my home.

They were right.

My old hardware system is still working just fine and my well water is pegged at the faucets in my home at a Ph of 7.1. Perfect.

Very pleased with service.  The softener is doing a much better job and the water level is back to normal.  The tech had to replace some seals and disc kit.  The day before I had to get a new holding tank for our well and had chlorinated the well.  I thought that I had gotten all of the chlorine out of the system but he noticed it when he was working on the softener.  We checked the levels and he gave me some good pointers.
He also did a great job on installing the faucet on our drinking water system.

Our results have been amazing. We haven't had any rust since we installed the new equipment. I was so happy that I wrote a letter to the President of the company. We are very happy with the service we received.

They did a great job and they were honest in assessing the work. They arrived on time and discussed things with me first. They were very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them.

Clean and carefree water with little maintenance. They came in a hurry when another service provider didn't take care of my system. Quick to replace system good people very happy with there service I have well water and very hard water so I needed a good softener to take care of this.

Joe was on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He tested the water quality (raw and after water softening) and checked the water softener system tanks and salt bin. He said that I do not need to use the calcite tank anymore (pH balance was good.) He left the water softener tanks unplugged afterward because of a clogged drain, but provided detailed instructions on what I need to do to turn the system back on after the drain is cleared. Joe also provided detailed general maintenance instructions and indicated the best time to reach him if I have any questions.

BILL EDEN WAS OUR SALESMAN. HE CAME OUT AND TESTED THE WATER FOR US AND DETERMINED WHAT WE NEEDED. HE EVEN CAME OUT AFTER THE UNIT WAS INSTALLED TO SHOW US HOW EVERYTHING WORKS. HE HAS ALSO BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY PHONE CALLS. I AM NEW TO WELL WATER AND HAVE CALLED HIM WITH MANY QUESTIONS.

SERVISOFT IS ONE OF THE FEW SHINING LIGHTS AMONGST SERVICE PROVIDERS I HAVE USED OVER THE LAST 30 YEARS.
