We called on a Saturday when the unit would not come on. Left a message so we could be "in line" for an early call back when they open on Monday. The call never came. We called them late Monday afternoon to see what was going on. They never listened to the messages. The office did schedule a tech to come out right then and he showed up about an hour later. He informed us our AC unit compressor was bad and we would need a new one. Told us Mark would call us the next morning to come out and give an estimate. Well, that call never came either. I am not one to beg companies to do work for us. So if they do not call, that tells me they do not want the work. My wife called them Wednesday morning and spoke with Mike. He was on the ball and Mark came out and gave us an estimate that day. The trick here with this company is do not speak with the women in the office. They failed to get messages off the answering machine and they failed to see Mark's note on our bill to have him call us for an estimate. Ask for Mike. He we get it done. They came out and installed our new unit that Saturday. They two guys who were here could not have been nicer people and totally professional. They did an excellent job and we are happy. We have used Burton exclusively for 27 years and glad we were able to get to the right people to get this job done too.

Very well, with no interruption in our routines.

I signed up for the discount plan in case they have to come out again. I only say a B because they could have been a little less expensive. I was not there when they did it, when I was using it, it was fine. They were pretty good. I called them and they gave me two different plans. I chose the repeat service so it was a little cheaper and it worked out good. Everything was fine.

The technicians were prepared, knowledgeable, and thorough. A problem that arose was addressed immediately. I highly recommend them for all heating and cooling repair, replacement, and maintenance!

It was perfect.  I have used them for years.

It turned out fine. They came out the next day. They got it done in an hour. They did good work. They found and fixed the problem right away.

The experience was very good. They came when they said and they did exactly what I wanted them to do. When I had questions, they explained to me about the filters and everything I wanted them to.

They did a good job and we were pleased, they are very helpful.

I have never been disappointed with the service to our heating and cooling system. They are always prompt, and take great pride in their work. Our furnace and air conditioning unit has been running smoothly as a result of their service. This is one of the few companies I've encountered that are reasonable and honest in their dealings with customers. It is a pleasure to do business with them.

They were Johnny on the spot, did the work well and were pleasant and professional all the way around.

We had water leaking from our boiler after normal business hours. We called at 7pm and the on-call tech returned our call a few minutes later. He was at the house in about an hour and diagnosed the problem as a faulty expansion tank. He didn't have one on the truck, but reduced the pressure to eliminate the leak. He said that they would have a replacement tank out to us mid morning. The same technician arrived about an hour earlier than expected the next morning and the replacement took less than 1/2 hour. Burton installed and has maintained our system for over 10 years and they have been extremely professional and prompt with every issue that we've encountered. Highly recommended!

They did a good job for me. It was an efficient and timely process. They're dependable, as I got four estimates and they were not the cheapest, yet I chose them. I had had dealings with them before for cleanings and checkups and they've always been prompt.

They are typically very dependable and their techs are very knowledgeable. They are on time and their price is reasonable. They are thorough.

They've been taking care of our furnace for years and they put our duct work in, so we knew them. They're reliable and honest.

Went great, fantastic. They were courteous, and I have nothing to complain about. The price included a one-year warranty where if there is a problem they will come out and look at things. They were just a little bit late.

PLEASANT ON PHONE AND WAS ON TIME (I HAD TAKEN THE TIME OFF.) EXPLAINED ALL WORK DONE, AND GAVE HELPFUL POINTS OF MAINTENANCE TO DO. OFFERED MAINTENANCE PLAN, BUT WASN'T PUSHY. I ALREADY HAD A WARRANTY SERVICE FOR IT.
