I explained to the service rep, Beth, that I needed to have a working phone ASAP because it's my only phone, and because I am expecting some really important calls very soon. Beth was very understanding. She said that she had been in the same situation herself and knew how nerve-wracking it could be. Since she didn't have an exact replacement for my phone in stock, she expedited shipping on a replacement. Beth's a lifesaver.

I am pleased with the service from Verizon. I think the network is excellent and I do not have a problem with dropped calls or interference. I feel like the price and service are good; what more could I ask for.

My phone is one of the best that Verizon Wireless had to offer. It has a camera and big number buttons. The experience with Verizon has been great. The price is pretty reasonable.

I get free long distance and the camera phone. The experience with them has been great. Whatever little problems I have had with them they have fixed instantly.

Had to wait about 15-20 minutes to get to a rep. We picked out a phone quickly as we were basically shopping for the cheapest one since he will only need it for emergencies. Got a good deal on an upgrade for my phone plus a new phone for him. It still took forever to process all the paperwork, but overall, no real problems. I like Verizon because they have good coverage and no roaming fees. My old cellular company had me on roaming fees in my own home sometimes!

I like that if I talk to other Verizon customers, they do not deduct from my minutes. The customer service people are pleasant and helpful. I like that they give you discounts on merchandise when you upgrade. In ten years I have never had a problem with them.

WE SWITCHED FROM ALLTEL TO VERIZON & HAVE BEEN FAR MORE PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE & COVERAGE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE COURTEOUS & THEIR PRICING IS FAIR- SO FAR NO HIDDEN FEES.
