We were having a problem with low water pressure. My husband tried cleaning the resin bed of the water softener and then ran 2 recharges on the system on Thursday, June 13. It seemed to work but 3 days later the water pressure was low again. We called Peacock on Thursday, June 13, and they said the earliest they could be here would be Monday, June 17. We also called Sears since our water softener is a Kenmore. They could not come to until Wedesday, June 19. So, we decided to give Peacock a try since they could come sooner. The Peacock Water technican did a great job. The office called to announce his arrival time which was earlier than expected. He was here 1 hour and solved the problem. We are very pleased with the service we received and would call them again.

Our overall experience with them was good. They were pretty good and reasonable. They had good products. They were responsive, punctual, and professional.
