+ -1 morenot an honest person. the city declined our application to build a 3-season room. the contractor received a large deposit and refuses to return it, even it is not our fault that the project is not accepted.we offered payment for his time to prepare the drafts of drawings, but he took the entire many thousands deposit. pending court now. BE AWARE!
