 + -1 moreAsked for $500 to buy materials. 2 months later said he needed $400 more for laminate material. Waited for a year and received nothing. When I told him to cancel order and give me money back, he said since I canceled the order no money would be refunded.
Description of Work: Was to make kitchen cabinet.
